BAKED WHEAT CHOCOLATE CAKE using @_cakeopedia wheat chocolate cake mix to celebrate mothers day and my dear nephew's birthday..

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!!!
Ingredients:
· Wheat chocolate cake mix
· Milk – 225 ml (1 cup)
· Oil/Ghee/ Butter – 90 ml (½ cup)
· Choco chips (optional)
· Whipping cream (optional)
· Melted dark chocolate (optional)
Method:
· Take a large mixing bowl. Empty the wheat chocolate mix in the bowl.
· Now add oil/ ghee/ butter and milk. Whisk till all the ingredients combine well.
· Add choco chips, completely optional. Mix it again.
· Now pour this batter in a greased baking dish of your choice.
· Pre heat the oven at 180-degree Celsius.
· Bake for 30-35 mins, until the skewer comes out clean.
· I have layered it with whipping cream and melted dark chocolate.
· Cake is ready to be relished with your family and friends.
