WATERMELON MINT MOJITO

Refreshing, healthy and non-alcoholic drink to beat the heat. This refreshing summer watermelon mojito is made with few simple ingredients and incredibly easy to make. Make a big pitcher of this watermelon mint mojito and enjoy this summer.


Ingredients:

· Watermelon pieces - 3 cups

· Fresh mint leaves - handful

· Fresh lime juice - 3 tbsp

· Sugar powder - 4 tsp (optional to adjust sweetness if necessary)

· Chilled soda (as required)

· Ice cubes

· Lime slices & Mint leaves (optional for garnish)


Method:

· In a medium bowl or jar add watermelon pieces. Muddle to extract juice from the watermelon pieces. Then add fresh mint leaves and again muddle for few seconds to slightly bruise the mint leaves.

· Transfer the watermelon mint muddled mixture into a serving glass add sugar powder as well.

· Add ice-cubes followed by lime juice and chilled soda. Give it a gentle mix and adjust sweetness if necessary.

· Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves. Serve watermelon mojito immediately!
