VADAPAV QUESADILLA

(MADE FROM LEFTOVER CHAPATI & VADA)

Vada pav quesadilla - Indian Mexican Fusion Recipe ! Wherein, the leftover vada with spicy chutneys, are sandwiched between Chapatis and are cooked on griddle. These desi style quesadilla, will definitely impress your guests with Indian taste buds!


Ingredients:

· Left over chapati

· Left over vadas

· Sukha vada pav chutney

· Green mint chutney

· Onions (chopped)

· Oil


Method:

· Will require two chapatis for making one quesadilla.

· Spread a layer of mint chutney on both the chapatis, sprinkle some sukha vada pav chutney on one chapati

· Now roughly crush the left over vada with hands and spread it over the chapati, top it with chopped onions, sprinkle sukha vada pav chutney again.

· Now place the other chapati on top facing the chutney side in.

· Set a grill pan on medium heat, add oil and grill the quesadilla on both the sides until grill marks appear.

· Your vada pav quesadillas are ready.

· Cut into quarters and it serve hot with mint chutney or any dip of your choice.
