TENDER COCONUT PUDDING

Tender coconut pudding, easy and quick recipe with simple ingredients. If you love coconut flavor and smooth agar agar puddings, you will love this super delicious coconut pudding too! !Festive season is very near. So the first thing that comes to mind is diyas, hence made diya & flowers with Tender Coconut.


Ingredients:

· Tender coconut water – 2 cups

· Sugar – 2 tbsp

· Agar agar – 1 tbsp

· Tender coconut


Method:

· First strain the coconut water.

· Stir sugar and agar agar in coconut water. Mix it well.

· Boil the mixture until agar agar dissolves completely.

· Wait for 5 mins, let it cool down a little.

· Finely slice the coconut or cut in any shape as I did.

· Pour in the Dessert cup and place the tender coconut slices.

· Keep it in the refrigerator for 15-20 mins, let it set well.

· Add mint leaves for decorating it.

· Tender coconut pudding is ready to be served chilled.
