STIR FRIED VEGGIES

Stir Fried vegetables is a great option when you’re in the mood for Asian food. This one-pan veggie stir fry smothered in a savory sauce is delicious to be served as a main course or as side dish with any thing of your choice.

Ingredients:

· Olive Oil – 1.5 tsp (any oil can be used)

· Spring onions

· Carom seeds - 1 tsp

· Garlic - 1 tbsp (chopped)

· Ginger – 1 tbsp (chopped)

· Veggies: (Any of your choice)

Mushroom (quarters)

Yellow Zucchini (diced)

Green Zucchini (diced)

Yellow bell pepper (diced)

Red bell pepper (diced)

Broccoli (blanched)

Baby corn (boiled)

Sweet corn (boiled)

French beans (boiled)

· Salt

· Sugar – pinch

· Soya sauce

· Vinegar

· Green chilli sauce

· Red Chilli flakes

· Black pepper

· Oregano

· Mixed Herbs


Olives, Spring onion greens/ Coriander Leaves


Method:

· Heat oil in a pan,, add spring onions, garlic and ginger, sauté them on medium flame for a minute.

· Add all the veggies, salt and sugar, and cook for 2-3 minutes.

· Add soya sauce, vinegar, green chilli sauce, red chilli flakes, pepper, oregano and mixed herbs.

· Stir it well on high flame and add spring onion greens/coriander leaves, olives and mix well.

· Stir fried veggies are ready to be served with soup or any starter dish of your choice or as a main course itself.


***You can change the ingredients as per your taste. Can avoid soya sauce and green chilli sauce.
