ROASTED SWEET CORN

Bhutta and monsoons the best ever combo of nature. Sweet corn basted with butter, red chilli powder, salt and lemon makes, a mouth-watering munch that can be enjoyed anytime with family and friends during monsoons. Happy to see a sunflower grow at home.

Ingredients:

· Sweet corns

· Butter

· Red chili powder

· Salt

· Lemon

Method:

· Peel the outer covering of the cob and roast the sweet corn on direct gas flame. You can use other methods to cook the cob.

· Keep rotating so that it gets a charred mark all over the cob.

· Mix salt and chili powder in a bowl and keep it aside.

· Once the sweet corn is cooked from all sides, immediately bast the butter all over the corn.

· Now dip the lemon wedges in the salt red chili mixture and squeeze the lemon all over the corn.

· Enjoy it hot during monsoons.
