Summer has started and mango season too. Summer season and mango is a perfect equation and many people love this season because of mango. Raw mango, also called Kachchi Kairi in Hindi, the name is sufficient to stimulate our taste buds. The tangy-sweet raw mango is everyone’s favorite and it is one of the most cherished fruits during summer. It has nostalgic childhood memories as all of us must have had eaten this crunchy and tangy fruit drizzled with chili powder and salt.

Hailed as the king of fruits, mangoes are rich in essential nutrition and high in vitamin C content. And this is not all, eating raw mangoes with salt prevents excessive loss of water from our body. Raw mangoes have many more benefits that you can gain by adding it to your diet.
