This rice with the flavor from parsley, is perfectly seasoned and is a good recipe to be served with any dish of your choice.
Ingredients:
· Olive Oil – 2 tsp
· Carom seeds – 1 tsp
· Freshly chopped parsley leaves – 2 tbsp
· Cooked Rice – 1 cup (cooled)
· Oregano - 1 tsp
· Mixed Herbs Rosemary/ Thyme – 1 tsp
· Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
· Salt
· Parsley Leaves – 1 tbsp
Method:
· Take a wok and set it on medium high heat, add oil and carom seeds (rub it between your palms to add more flavour to it).
· Add freshly chopped parsley leaves and stir for 1-2 minutes.
· Now add the cooked rice which is completely cooled.
· Add herbs, lemon juice and salt. Give a good mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
· Garnish with parsley leaves and serve it hot with grilled chicken or any dish of your choice.
