NO BAKE BREAD MANGO CAKE

This is an instant no bake cake recipe made from sandwich bread slices, it’s quick, rich, moist and creamy. The texture and flavor are very similar to the regular fruit cake but much easier and simpler compared to any traditional cake. Delightful way to satiate your sweet tooth cravings using the summer fruit.


Ingredients:

· White Bread slices

· Sugar syrup

· Mango puree

· Whipping cream

· Fresh Mango

*** Have not mentioned the exact requirements, as you can make this cake as per your wish.


Method:

· Keep the sugar syrup, mango puree and whipped cream ready.

· Take the slices of bread as per your requirement and cut off the brown sides.

· Apply little whipping cream to the base of the plate where you are going to assemble the cake.

· Place the bread slices over it, now brush the bread slices with sugar syrup. Now spread the mango puree and apply whipped cream on that.

· Follow this step as per your requirement.

· Finally on the top of bread apply sugar syrup, mango puree and a thick layer of whipped cream.

· Decorate the cake with fresh mango slices, mint leaves or you can make beautiful flowers from mango to beautify it.

· Keep it in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
