MINI BREAD PIZZA DISC (used the Spicy Peri- Peri Cubes by Hello Tempayy)

This is a simple, easy and quick bread pizza recipe made with bread slices, filled with crunchy vegetables of your choice, to make it more nutritious I have added the spicy peri -peri cubes by Hello Tempayy to the vegetables, and finally topped with cheese. This goes very well for breakfast, tiffins or kids after-school snacks. Tempeh is an excellent source of bean plant protein that is made with fermented Soy beans. We can incorporate it in our diet and can be added in any innovative dish of your choice.

Ingredients:

· Bread

· Spicy Peri- Peri Tempayy Cubes

· Oil

· Red capsicum (cut into small cubes)

· Yellow capsicum (cut into small cubes)

· Green Capsicum (cut into small cubes)

· Onion (chopped)

· Pizza sauce

· Ketchup

· Amul butter

· Chili flakes

· Oregano

· Mozzarella cheese

*** You can add any vegetables of your choice.

Method:

· Take a bread slice, cut out rounds from the bread. Now take another bread slice and do the same and again cut out little bit smaller circles using small cookie cutter. For each disc we need a big bread disc and a ring of same size. Set aside the cut breads.

· Take a pan add oil in it, sauté the spicy Peri- Peri Tempayy Cubes for 6-8 mins. Turn off the flame.

· Now add the pizza sauce, ketchup and vegetables in the pan. Give a good mix and keep the veggie filling aside.

· Now apply little butter on the disc and place the bread ring on each disc. Now fill the center with the prepared veggie filling. Top it with cheese, drizzle chili flakes and oregano.

· Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove it from the oven and serve hot.

· You can use a tava or pan to make these pizza discs.
