MASALA DOSA

Childhood is all about being wild, having fun and enjoying a carefree life. Reliving childhood memories with this yummilicous and tempting breakfast .

So it's masala dosa served with Sambar and Potato bhaji, enjoying explosion of flavours with this yummiest breakfast menu.


Ingredients:

· Boiled rice - 1 cup

· Rice (khani) - 2 cups

· Urad dal - 1 cup

· Chanadal - 1/2 cup

· Toor Dal - 1/2 cup

· Fenugreek seeds - 1 tbsp

· Patla poha- 1/2 cup

· Sugar- 1 tbsp

· Rawa - 1 tbsp

· Rice flour - 1 tbsp

· Salt to taste

· Oil/Ghee

·

Method:


· Wash and soak rice, udid dal, chana dal, toor dal and fenugreek seeds for 6 -7 hours.

· Late evening grind the above ingredients along with washed poha. Grind the mixture till it is fine. Let this mixture ferment overnight.

· Morning add salt and sugar to the fermented batter, give a good mix.

· You can also add rawa and rice flour for extra crispiness.

· Heat a pan of your choice.

· Pour one ladleful of this batter onto the pan and spread evenly. Drizzle oil or ghee while the dosa is getting cooked.

· Cook till the dosa turns crispy.

· And serve this crispy and crunchy dosa with chutney, potato bhaji and sambar.
