It is a simple and quick no bake biscuit cake recipe and a comfort food for sweet toothers. Incredibly easy to make with minimal ingredients. Kids are gonna love this.
Ingredients:
CHOCOLATE PASTE:
· Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
· Powdered Sugar - 3 tbsp
· Melted Unsalted Butter/Ghee - 3 tbsp
COFFEE MIX:
· Coffee - 1 tsp
· Water
Method:
· Prepare the chocolate paste and the coffee mix in two separate bowls.
· Dip each biscuit in the coffee mix.
· Using a butter knife Spread chocolate paste over it.
· Repeat for all biscuits and stack them on top of the other.
· Refrigerate until it is set properly. Roughly half an hour to one hour.
· Cut diagonally. The more diagonally you cut, the more layers you will get.
