MANGO LASSI (Summer special)

🧡💛Mango Lassi is my all time favorite seasonal drink. Make this fruity, thick, creamy, refreshing Mango Lassi recipe in less than 10 minutes with ripe mangoes, yogurt and your choice of flavorings – green cardamom, saffron or rose water. Here I have added Cardamom powder.🧡💛

Ingredients:

· Thick Curd (Dahi) - 1 cup

· Ripe Mango – 1 (chopped)

· Sugar – 1.5 – 2 tbsp (optional)

· Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

· Ice cubes

· Mango pieces, finely chopped Pistachios or Rose petals for garnish (Optional)

Method:

· Take a ripe mango, peel its skin and cut it into pieces.

· Take a mixer jar add chopped mango pieces, curd, sugar, cardamom powder and ice cubes.

· Blend it well.

· Garnish with mango pieces, finely chopped pistachios and rose petals.
