An incredibly easy and really quick, saucy ramen noodles with a burst of flavorful sauce! All time favorite recipe when you want to eat something yummy and you are feeling lazyyyyyy to cook. A must try recipe if you love these soupy noodles.

Ingredients:
To Make Sauce
· Sriracha Sauce - 2 tbsp
· Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
· Vinegar - 2 tsp
· Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp
· Salt – ¼ tsp
· Freshly Ground Pepper – ¼ tsp
· Brown Sugar – 1 tsp
To cook the Noodles
· Instant Maggi Noodles - 3 packets
· Water to cook the noodles
· Oil - 1 tsp
· Cold water
To Make Ramen Noodles
· Oil - 1 tbsp
· Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely Chopped)
· Ginger – 2 tsp (finely Chopped)
· Broken Red Chillies – 2-3
· Spring Onion – ¼ cup
· Beans – 5-6 sliced
· Carrot – less than ¼ cup sliced
· Green Capsicum – ¼ cup
· Red Capsicum – ¼ cup
· Yellow Capsicum – ¼ cup
· Hot water – 1 cup
· Salt
· Spring Onion White & Greens for garnishing
**** Can add any other vegetables of your choice.
Method:
· Take a pot and boil water to cook the noodles. Add little oil and add the instant noodles and cook it.
· Use a sieve to strain the noodles. Rinse the noodles with cold water and drizzle some oil over the noodles. Just toss the noodles so that they don’t stick to each other. Keep it aside.
· Take a small bowl to prepare the sauce mix, add sriracha sauce, soya sauce, vinegar chili flakes, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Give a good mix. Sugar will balance the flavors.
· Now take a wok add oil, garlic, ginger, broken red chilies and spring onions. Sauté them for 1-2minute.
· Now add beans, carrot, green capsicum, red capsicum, yellow capsicum. Sauté for 2-3 mins.
· Add the sauce mixture and stir it well. Add a cup hot water. Let it come to a boil. Add salt if required.
· Now add the cooked noodles and mix it well.
· Add the spring onion whites and spring onion green. Finally give a good mix again.
· Maggi Ramen Noodles is ready to be served.
