KODUBALE

Updated: Nov 13, 2023

Kodubale is a traditional snack from Karnataka which is made from rice flour and few other flours along with some coconut and spices. A very addictive tea time snack. Loved by all age groups

It is made in the form of a circle, but I have shaped it as a drop. Recipe may vary slightly across households.

· Fry till they turn golden brown and crisp, once done drain off on to a kitchen paper to remove the excess oil.

· Store this in an airtight container for 10-15 days once its cooled completely.
