Green Chutney is deliciously spicy condiment. Savour the blissful taste of this chutney by using it as condiment or dip with variety of food dishes like cutlet, khaman dhokla, rava dhokla, khandvi, samosa, sandwiches, kachori etc.
Ingredients:
· Fresh mint leaves – ½ cup
· Fresh Coriander leaves - 1 cup
· Roasted chana dal (Daliya) – 1 tbsp
· Cumin powder – 1 tsp
· Amchur powder – ½ tsp
· Black salt – ¼ tsp
· Salt to taste
· Green chillies – 2-3 nos.
· Ginger – 1 inch
· Ice cubes - 2-3 nos.
· Very less water
Method:
· Add all the ingredients in a mixer grinder, grind well into a fine paste, adjust the consistency by adding very little water.
· Green chutney is ready, can be stored in an airtight container and can be refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
