Filter kaapi is an integral part of southern Indian food culture—it's also the best to start the beautiful morning with family.
Ingredients:
· Water – ½ cup
· Filter coffee powder – 2 tbsp
· Milk – 2 cups
· Sugar – -4 tsp (as per your preference)
Method:
· Heat ½ cup water.
· Add coffee powder in the upper compartment of a traditional coffee filter, press it down with the help of the attachment. Add hot water to get the decoction, cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
· Boil milk in another sauce pan. Set aside.
· Add sugar and coffee decoction in individual traditional dabara and mix well. Pour the milk and enjoy your Filter Coffee hot.
