EGG OMELETTE

A simple egg omelette with toasted bread, makes for the best, easiest and healthiest breakfast, to kick start the day.

Ingredients:

· Eggs - 2

· Butter/Oil - 1 tbsp

· Onion - 1 small (chopped)

· Green Chillies – 1 (chopped)

· Tomato - ½ small (chopped)

· Coriander Leaves - 1 tbsp (chopped)

· Salt


Method:

· In a bowl, break two eggs and beat it properly.

· Now add onion, green chillies, tomato, coriander leaves and salt. Give a good mix.

· Heat a pan, grease it with oil. Pour the egg mixture on the pan.

· Cook on medium flame, once one side is cooked slowly flip the omelette.

· Let the other side also cook well.

· Once done serve it hot with toasted bread slices.
