DRY FRUITS SHRIKHAND

A delicious all-time favourite sweet Dry fruits shrikhand to satiate the Sunday’s sweet tooth cravings. This is made from curd, sugar, dry fruits and cardamon powder. 💞💝 Added roasted dry fruits for extra crunch.


Ingredients:

· Curd – ½ ltr

· Sugar – ¾ cup

· Almond – 1 tbsp (crushed)

· Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp (crushed)

· Pistachios – 1 tbsp (crushed)

· Charuli – 1 tbsp

· Cardamom – ½ tsp

· Ghee for frying the dry fruits

· Saffron and Rose Petals for garnishing (optional)

Method:

· Take the curds and place it on a sieve to drain overnight or for 4-5 hours. You will get thick curds with whey water separated.

· Take 1 cup of hung curds and whisk well. Add sugar and beat in to incorporate completely.

· Slightly crush all the dry fruits and fry with little ghee to make it little crunchy.

· Once cooled add the dry fruits, give a good mix.

· Now add cardamom powder and mix well.

· Garnish with rose petals and serve chilled.
