DAHI PAPADI CHAAT

Dahi Papdi Chaat is a popular Indian street food. The savory crackers called papdi is layered with flavorsome curd, chutney and spices. A dahi papdi is always the crisp, crunchy savory crackers loaded with sweet and spicy toppings. Each bite of papdi chaat is a real outburst of flavors.


Ingredients:

· Puri/Papdi as required

· Boiled potatoes

· Tomatoes (chopped)

· Onions (chopped)

· Mint chutney

· Red garlic chutney

· Sweet tamarind chutney

· Curd (whisked)

· Chaat masala

· Cumin powder

· Black salt

· Sev

· Pomegranate seeds

· Finely chopped coriander leaves


Method:

· Place puri/papdi in a plate, top it with boiled potatoes, chopped tomatoes, onions, chutneys, Curd, chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, sev, pomegranate seeds and finely chopped coriander leaves and crush few puris for the extra crunch. Serve it as soon as it is made, before it gets soggy.
