CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Chocolate Brownie to celebrate any special occasions. Tastes awesome with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate sauce. Best option is to make sizzling brownies.

Ingredients:

· Dark Chocolate – ½ cup

· Melted Butter – ½ cup

· Maida/ All-purpose flour – 1 cup

· Cocoa Powder – ¼ cup

· Baking Powder ¼ tsp

· Powdered Sugar – ¾ cup

· Milk – ½ cup

· Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp

· Walnuts (roughly cut into pieces - optional)


Method:

· First step is to melt the dark chocolate in double boiler.

· Take a bowl add melted butter in it and add the dark melted chocolate too. Mix it well.

· Now sieve the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder through a strainer.

· Add this to the chocolate butter mixture, add powdered sugar and milk. Mix it gently. Now finally add vanilla extract and few pieces of walnuts, which is completely optional.

· Pour it into small moulds or grease a 7-inch baking mould with oil and pour the batter into the mould and bake at 180-degree Celsius for about 25-30 minutes OR until it is properly baked.

· Serve it with Vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate sauce.
