CHILLI GARLIC NOODLES

Chilli garlic noodles is a quick and delicious Indo-Chinese dish, that is ready in few minutes. Can be paired with any Indo-Chinese dish of your choice.


Ingredients:

For Boiling Noodles

· Noodles - 1 packet

· Water

· Salt to taste

· Oil - 1 tsp

For making the noodles

· Oil - 2 tbsp

· Garlic - 3 tbsp (chopped)

· Red chillies – 1-2 nos. (roughly broken)

· Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp

· Spring onion greens – ¼ cup

· Salt


Method:

For Boiling the Noodles

· Boil water in a wok, add salt and oil, add the noodles and boil for 5-6 minutes.

· Rinse the noodles with cold water or with tap running water.

· Pour few drops of oil and mix with noodles to avoid it from sticking to each other.

For Making the Noodles

· Set a kadai/wok on medium heat, add oil, chopped garlic & broken red chillies, cook them for 1-2 minutes on high flame. Cook until the chillies and garlic start to turn brown.

· Add the boiled noodles, salt and red chilli flakes. stir & toss well on high flame for 2-3 minutes and turn off the flame.

· Chilli Garlic Noodles are ready, serve it immediately and garnish with some spring onion greens.
