Street foods in India are famous for their unique full-of-flavors taste. This chana jor garam chaat is a mouth-watering, tasty snack for your evening hunger, which can be made in a very short time.
Ingredients:
Chana jor garam - 1 cup
Onion – 1 big (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 big (finely chopped)
Green chillies – 1-2 (finely chopped)
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Amchur (Dry mango) Powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – ¼ tsp
Black salt – ¼ tsp
Raw mango – 2 tbsp (finely chopped) – (add it if it is available)
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Nylon sev
Method:
· Take a mixing bowl add chana jor garam, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, black salt, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder, chaat masala, black salt, raw mango and lemon juice. Give a good mix.
· To serve fill paper cones with this chaat mixture, top it with nylon sev and garnish with coriander leaves.
