Ash gourd is a vegetable that has immense nutritional and medicinal properties. Ingredients:
· Ash gourd – 250 (small cubes)
· Black pepper powder - ¼ tsp
· Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
· Lemon – ½
· Salt as per taste
· Water to adjust the consistency
Method:
· Take a mixer jar, add the chopped ash gourd pieces along with black pepper powder, mint leaves, lemon juice and salt.
· Blend it once, now add water to adjust the consistency.
· Pour it in a glass and enjoy this health nourishing drink by having it sip by sip, to get the maximum benefits.
